S-LCA Indicators as Employee Motivation Factors

There are a lot of factors affecting employee motivation in the company. Some them supported by law, while others result from voluntary activities company, and way to some still have not been found. Our research dealt with one possibilities, S-LCA indicators as factors. The attention is usually paid companies their system stimulation. This in-depth literature review field S-LCA. addressed employees medium-sized company find out what they think management area stimulation employees. Using factor analysis, we found seven basic factors, i.e. Safety at Work, Fair Remuneration, Social Security Benefits, Work Climate, Basic Rights Freedoms, Corporate Image, Equal Opportunity. In context social impacts manufacturing on employees, individual groups motivated work different ways.
